The Lagree Cobra

The Cobra is a sssizzling Lagree exercise that’s typically programmed into center core and obliques blocks. However, since it equally works the triceps, with stabilizing assists from the shoulders and lats, the Cobra may also snake its way into an upper body block. It is an especially effective way to transition between core/obliques and upper body blocks.

The Cobra is an advanced move. When it shows up in class, DriveTrain instructors will always give modification options, such as limiting range of motion, or doing a Wheelbarrow or pushups instead.
