Lagree Focus and Lagree & Stretch Classes

This month, DriveTrain instructor Seggan Sanders is launching a Lagree Focus and Lagree & Stretch class series on Saturday mornings at 9 and 10 a.m.!

Lagree focus

The 9 a.m. Lagree Focus Classes will prioritize proper form, precise alignment, intensity, duration, flexibility & resistance. Given Lagree's emphasis on muscular endurance, routines will be designed to challenge your muscles to their fullest potential. Each week, Seggan will mix it up with fun & effective workouts targeting different muscle groups. Class formats include: 

ABS & ARMS: A 45 minute class focusing on arms and abs. This upper-body-heavy Lagree class is perfect for those looking to add a split into their weekly workout routine.

ABS & GLUTES: A 45 minute class focusing on abs and glutes. We will hit all areas of the core and work the legs, with a heavy emphasis on the glutes.

UPPER BODY: This focus day targets the arms, shoulders, upper back & core. It’s 45 minutes of serving it up with the upper body!

LOWER BODY: 45 minutes of all lower body exercises, with an emphasis on the core, glutes, hamstrings, hips, inner & outer thighs, and calves. Welcome to leg day!

Note: Saturday 9 a.m. Lagree Focus Classes will run on a rotating monthly schedule. Check the DriveTrain class schedule to confirm your focus class choice!

Lagree & Stretch

Join Seggan every Saturday at 10 a.m. for Lagree & Stretch. This 55-minute class pairs a full-body 45-minute Lagree class with a 10-minute stretch & cool down on the Megaformer.
