The Lagree Reverse Floor Lunge

Done on 1 Yellow spring at the back of the machine, the Reverse Floor Lunge is an advanced version of the standard Floor Lunge that forces your muscles to pull against the tension of the spring, rather than pulling with it. The move recruits muscles from the entire back side of your working leg, along with your quads & abdominals.

Throughout a Reverse Floor Lunge, you’ll probably notice the burn & shakes concentrated in your hamstrings & glutes, but take note of your foot, ankle & calf too. They’ll be working hard to stabilize your body, and hold your knee in place over your ankle as you move.

Check out DriveTrain’s Reverse Floor Lunge video demo to learn proper body setup on the Megaformer, and perfect pace and form during the movement.
